Bentonville, as well as most of Northwest Arkansas is a very diverse area, and you would fit in without problems.

you will be treated how you treat people. it is a common rule all over the world. I am not American nor Arkansan but I do fit here perfectly. don't assume or predict anything, I'll tell what's going to happen. if you have qualifications and/or you're a hard worker you sure will find a job. if you smile to people , they'll smile back to you and so on. it is all depends on you and only you. if you have question feel free to ask. BTW where are you from Asia?

You'll be fine anywhere in the Bentonville/Springdale/Fayetteville area. The area is quite diverse and is the most rapidly growing part of the State. As one of the previous posters suggested, be friendly and curtious to others and you will be treated the same way.
