You are most likely screwed, but you did that to yourself.
If you're unable to attend due to illness, you go to a doctor and get diagnosed and recorded. The college should have a medical department that can give you leave of absence due to medical reasons (they would simply remove you from those classes).
If you missed more than the allowed number of classes and did not have medical clearance to do so there's no reason for the teacher to change the grade.
