Does anyone know of roads that go through open fields of farms and ranches around Chattanooga as you drive? Thanks!

The US-11 from Chattanooga to Trenton, GA comes to mind.

US27 through the Sequatchie Valley… one of the most beautiful drives in North America. It is literally driving through a canyon.

One of these days I want to take that drive and then connect with the US-41 and take it through the mountains to Sewanee.

OP, I'm assuming you're looking for scenic drives?

Once you get north of Chattanooga and start towards Meigs County, state highway 58 runs through a lot of pretty farmland with ridges and pastureland.

I also second exploring the Sequatchie Valley up highway 127 towards Dunlap.
