I'm curious. Are there any Howard Stern lovers or haters in this forum? How do you feel about his show?

I am indifferent. I was a fan ten years ago but now he seems washed up.

I used to watch him with my husband when he had the show on network television, and I enjoyed the silliness of it, but I didn't have the patience to listen to his radio show.

Now I really think he's just a left-wing jackass.

I'm a long time fan and purchased Sirius Sattelite radio when he left FM. I spend a lot of time in my car for work and he and his crew crack me up.

I have no feelings for him at all.

When he 1st got on TV and everybody started talking about him, I figured I'd stay up and see what all the fuss was about before forming an opinion.
Now mind you, I get up at 5am so staying up till 11 took some doing.
And what did I stay up for?????
Their subject was farting!!!
They were actually having a farting contest and rating them. 5 minutes of that was enuf. That's 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back. lol

But if people like him, more power to them. I'm not interested.

I just think he's stupid. I don't think he's funny, witty or entertaining, but rather boring, unoriginal and appealing to the lowest denominator. Then again, this isn't Stern-specific. You could plug in pretty much any shock jock in his place and I'd say the same thing. Howard Stern, Don Imus, Michael Savage, Rush Limbaugh, Miss Jones, the Jersey Boys, Opie and Anthony, Wendy Williams, etc. I just don't think they have anything or substance or add anything to society. I change the station if one of those fools comes on.

Don't care for him and never have. I just don't think he's funny or entertaining, at all.

Default Only on Satellite radio now or what?

Where is he now, besides on the Sirius radio? I dont have that, and dont sit in my car enough to buy that kind of thing. I used to like his show sometimes, however, he IS juvenile and oversexed. But the girls on his shows let him do those things, so more power to him for exploiting the idiots that help to perpetuate his kind of behavior.

I never thought much about his juvenile locker room humor. You would expect this kind of humor from a teenage boy with raging hormones, but not from a 50 year old man. You can only talk about parts of the female anatomy for so long before it gets old.
