Inspection Completed - No Further Action
Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No handwashing signs at any HWS in the kitchen or prep area.
Intermediate - Handwash sink removed from food preparation/dishwashing area. Must be reinstalled in the same location where removed. Observed HWS removed from area approved by plan review, 2 other HWS available. Operator states that sink is in car and he will have it put back within 3 days. I will come and check to make sure it has been put back.
