The mall hours are Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. There are four anchor department stores including: Macy's, Sears, Carson Pirie Scott and JC Penney. The Westfield Hawthorn mall has concierge service Monday through Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:00pm, Friday from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Smarte Carte vending provides strollers at the mall. They are located on the lower level near Macy's and Sears and on the upper level by Sears. Wheel chairs and electric scooters are offered on a first come first served basis for no charge. However, a photo ID is necessary to use one.
A family lounge where families can rest, change a diaper and have a private area for nursing is available on the lower level by JC Penney's. Family parking is located by JC Penney, Sears and Ruby Tuesday's. Expectant mothers and families with small children are allowed to park in these spaces. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
