Susan Quinlan Doll and Teddy Bear Museum and Library

Susan and Terence Quinlan founded the Susan Quinlan Doll and Teddy Bear Museum in 2005. Susan runs the day to day operations, while Terence helps market the museum. They have hosted a number of doll and teddy bear discussions and conventions before opening the museum. Susan took a variety of classes in art as a young child and woman. Her BA in history and a Master's in library science has also helped her gain knowledge about the history of dolls and teddy bears. With over 30 years of collecting such items she was able to start her collection as a museum. They also have 10,000 books on the subject.

Susan also gives personal tours of their museum Friday through Monday. Museum hours are 11am to 5pm Friday through Monday. They are also open for most major holidays. Admission is cost effective at $6.50 for adults, $5.50 for senior citizens, and pre-teens at $3.50. Group pricing is a little less, though a group is considered six or more people. The museum is 9,000 square feet, with more than 3,000 historical and contemporary artifacts on permanent display. They have also added 40 additional display cases for temporary exhibits.

Hi Susan- I have many artist bears that I would like to sell. They were crafted by Ted Menton, Pat Murphy, Audie Sisson, Gregory Gillenship etc. any suggestions? Thanks for your time in advance.
