Bolster's Hilltop

Located on Larsen Drive, Bolster's Hilltop is open from Labor Day through mid-November, seven days a week. They are part of the Apple Hill Growers Association, a group of 50 ranches that offer Christmas trees, wine, micro-brews, spas, vineyards, and orchards. Every year Bolsters hosts a blueberry festival that features crafts, bluegrass music, wine, BBQ, and free tastings of wines. There is also a blueberry patch where visitors are welcome to pick their own berries, a cider mill, a picnic area, and plants for sale. The ranch features several delicious wines, as well as beautiful scenic views and tasty food. It was founded by Eugene Bolster who was one of the most respected farmers in the area. He was one of the original founders of the Apple Hill Association, which began with only sixteen member farms. The farm is now run by Eugene's family and sells cider vinegar, butters, jams, jellies, potpourri, hard cider, wine, and apples. There are also a variety of crafts and art pieces on site that are for sale, made by local artists. A hiking trail winds its way around the ranch grounds, offering visitors a chance to take a half hour stroll and enjoy the sights and sounds of the orchard.
