Please tell me what can be done to minimize the noise. I was informed at a neighborhood meeting that the helicopters are supposed to fly over Rt 139 at a certain height to minimize the noise. I can state the helicopters do not stay over the highway. Instead they angle northward, flying over our neighborhood. I was also told that the helicopters had to fly high enough overhead that we will not hear them. This is not the case.
Please assist. The noise greatly lowers the quality of life in our neighborhood. I look forward to your reply.
