The following was observed:Reach in @ 40F; milk @ 41f; heavy cream @ 41f*employee food in chest freezer separate from rest of stock-Facility clean and well kept. Discussed ice labeling requirements - all purchased ice must be labelled with company and address where ice is produced.

- [1] Thermometers provided and conspicuous
Ensure all refrigerators and freezers storing food contain a thermometer. Freezers and milk fridge observed w/out thermometer.
- [1] In-use food; ice dispensing utensils properly stored
Facility currently purchasing ice from McDonald's but bags don't have labels indicating which McDonald's produced at. Label all bags of ice with name and address of facility where produced.
- [2] Toilet rooms: self closing doors; fixtures maintained; clean; hand soap/drying devices provided; proper waste receptacle
Observed restroom w/out paper towels. Install a paper towel holder/dispenser and ensure it stays stocked to ensure proper handwashing.

Reach in @ 40F. *Store all employee food in separate area that is clearly marked. -Facility clean and well kept. *Ensure product is rotated on a first in; first out basis to maintain freshness.
