Food dates are checked at least once per week to ensure out of date product is removed. Eggs stored in separate location to ensure no cross-contamination. Units holding at 40fWalk-in Freezer - Unit is at or below 0f. Fans in good working order; all product stored as required.Dry Storage - All product observed to be stored as required and off floors.Chemicals stored away from food areas.Staff is knowledgeable about proper food storage; date rotation; and proper food safety.No Violations Observed at the time of inspection.

Noted several cans of different sizes with dents on top and bottom seals and on side seams. Cans removed at this time. Manager will have staff go through shelves to check for dented cans to be removed tonight.
- SECTION XVI: GENERAL COMMENTS
Walk-in cooler at 32 F. Produce walk-in cooler at 37 F.alk-in freezer at -12 F. Frozen food case at -12 F.Dates checked on food products were all current.Noted restrooms' hand sinks stocked and functional.Pallets with sacks of snow melt stored on top of shelving rack with food products below to be relocated to bottom of shelf today. Ensure to keep snow melt always stored below or in separate area from food products.
