Manager advised product was set out on rollers at 9AM this morning. Product is marded not ready until at temperature. Log book is being kept on time of product placement; temperature and when pulled. As a reminder hot hold foods (hot dogs; tornados) at 140F or hotter. Discard after 4 hours out if temperature is not known or is between 40F-140F.
