Ive only ordered from this place twice. The pizza gave me food poisoning, i know this for a fact becasue it was the only thing i had eaten all day yesterday. I think i threw up everything i ever ate in my life lol. I decided to contact them about the issue and let them know that the mushrooms or bacon was bad becasue the other pizza my daughter ate and she was fine. I had politely asked to speak to a manager but i was the manager refused to get on the phone with me the first time i contacted them, and the person on the phone told me i had to have proof of some kind. documentation saying i went to the ER. Ive managed pizza places and even worked for Pizza Hut in MD for a time, but i have never heard of something so ridiculous. I even offered to bring back botht he pizzas to show them i couldnt eat it. The refund isnt a big deal but i had to contact pizza hut customer service and when i told them about the documentation thing, she said that was bogus. Got an incident number and someone will be contacting me. i decided to contact this pizza hut again just to let them know to throw out the mushrooms and bacon before they lose customers. The manager had little to no interest. Very disappointing. Im not a rude person, i just thought it appropriate to let them know because it had made me so sick, and to prevent anyone else getting sick.
Dont get me wrong, Pizza Hut is great, but this location is BY FAR the worst experience ive had ordering ANY kind of food, and the management at this location clearly doesnt care about their food or customers.. I wont be ordering at this location again.
