  • Observed a gap along the ramp in front of the loading dock doors. The guard to prevent debris and pest entrance has fallen through allowing for potential pest entrance. Repair by 2/13/16 to prevent pest entrance.
  • Observed damaged walls of coolers and freezers inside and outside. Repair to allow for proper cleaning.
  • Observed chemical spray bottle and wiping rag stored on top of cans in back area. Spoke with the employee who placed it there, he stated it was used to change the labels. We discussed that chemicals must be stored physically separate from foods. The employee agreed and relocated the spray.
