In the walk in cooler 2 there was cooked/cooled marinara sauce labeled 2-21 and cooked/cooled sausage labeled 2-17. Both were discarded. Manager discussed date labeling and rotating with employee at that station. Those items were voluntarily disposed of.
There is buildup in all of the can openers. The one closest to the office has metal shavings in and around the blade. The ice machine for drinks had buildup on the drip trays and on the side. The inside was cleaned at time of inspection. The handles and front of the reach in cooler in the salad bar/dessert area have buildup.
The wall is damaged in the salad/dessert area. The FRP at the corner no longer has a guard on it and is bowed. The wall close to the soda fountain, in the server area that is closest to the buffet, is also damaged.
