Produce prep employee was setting up new sanitizer with their gloves on and mixing the water with their gloves on and then went right back to prepping food with these gloves on. Inspector retrained the employee immediately on proper glove usage and when to change their gloves. Employee washed their hands and put on new gloves.
Observed produce employee wash their hands and then turn off the faucet with their hands, re-contaminating their hands. This employee was retrained immediately by the inspector and washed their hands correctly.
The floors in the walk in coolers and freezer and back storage areas had a build up of debris under and around shelves. Clean the floors.
Chlorine sanitizer in the wiping pail in the produce area was at >200 ppm. Maintain at 100-200 ppm. It was corrected to 100 ppm. Inspector retrained employee on setting up sanitizer.
