- The shelves holding cans has chipped paint with exposed wood showing underneath. The bottom of the employee bathroom door has paint missing. Please seal/paint. There is duct tape on the wall by the sprayer for dishes. Please remove tape.
- Found no chlorine sanitizer in dish machine. The owners used the primer switch and was able to force sanitizer through. It appeared as if there may have been something in the line. Maintain at 50-100 ppm. If the dish machine has 0ppm again, dishes must be sanitized in 3-comparment sink until corrected. Owner will check the dish machine again in a couple of hours to make sure it is still working properly.
- There is buildup in the can opener as well as handles of coolers/freezers. The hood also as an accumulation of grease.
- The floor of the walk in freezer has food debris on it.

- Observed employee improperly washing their hands. He touched the handle of the faucet to turn it off instead of using a paper towel. I gave the owner 2 signs to post. I need you to email me once all employees have looked at the sign and demonstrated that they can properly wash their hands.

- Observed personal foods in the walk in cooler. Discussed with the owner either putting up a sign or labeling a container. She did physically separate them from the facility's food during inspection.
- The handsink by the dishmachine had a pair of long rubber gloves in it. The owner quickly removed them. Discussed with her to tell employees they can't have anything in or around handsink. They must be accessible at all times otherwise it might deter employees from washing their hands.

- Found pasta salad on the cold buffet line at 48°F. Manager voluntarily discarded it. Found potentially hazardous food in cold holding at above 41F. Maintain at 41F or below.
- Found a bowl being used as a scoop in one bulk container of flour. Provide a scoop with a handle. Corrected.
- Found scoops in the bulk flour, sugar, and rice with the handles down in the product. Corrected.
- Observed damaged door seal gaskets on grill prep cooler. Repair or replace the seal.
- Wait staff sanitizer pail was at 50 ppm. Maintain at 100-200 ppm. Corrected to 100 ppm.
- Found build-up on handles of coolers, freezers, and ovens and outside of the grill. Clean and sanitize these areas.
