Observed managers not wearing effective hair restraints while handling food. Observed food debris build-up on the inside of the lobby trash cans and in the enclosure surfaces. Clean. Observed drain\fruit flies and house flies near the lobby trash cans, lobbies self serve soda machine and in the kitchen. Facility must address flies.
