I worked in Allegheny County in the 1970's and dealt with problem children. In cleaning out boxes from that era I found a Washington H>S> ring, it was in a box of police matters. The year is 1969 with initials RGA. I would like to return it to its owner. Please let me know what i can do. This is unusual but 40 + years have passed and I am now downsizing. Thank you
