- 229.166 (f) (4) air gap 2x. There was not an air gap between the pipe from the ice machine and the pipe in the ground. Air gap between water supply and plumbing fixture must at least 1 inch. Diameter of air gap between water supply and plumbing fixture must be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet.
- 229.166 (g) (4) (B)backflow preventer. A hose was hooked up to the fauce t of the mop sink and the faucet did not have a back flow preventer. Ensure that a back flow preventer is placed on the faucet.
