- Hand wash sink in the bathroom did not have paper towels and hand wash sink near the 3 compartment sink did not have paper towels nor soap. Ensure that both areas have soap and paper towels.
- Bleach product and other cleaner were stored a cart where mocato, nus were stored. Chemical should be stored away from food products and beverages.
- Ice machine was not clean. orange-red and black mold/mildew like buildup was seen on the inside surface of the ice machine. Ensure that all food contact surfaces (ice machine) are clean.
