- At time of inspection, food manufacturer's license from the state was not observed and one could not be found on state database. Establishment is producing and packaging ice for customer self-service. Ensure a food manufacturer's license is obtained if producing and packaging ice for customer self service. If license is obtained, ensure proper labeling is on ice bags. If license is not going to be obtained, ensure customer cannot get the ice by themselves (employee must get ice). Put sign on ice that states "Ask for assistance". See comments for links to state website about license and labeling.
- 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (i) (I) separation of raw/ RTE. Observed raw shelled eggs and raw bacon stored above ready to eat items. Ensure all raw animal products are stored below and away from ready to eat items. Also, with these 2 raw animal products, the raw shelled eggs must be stored above the raw bacon (when stored together, raw animal products must be stored according to cooking temperature with the lowest cooking temperature on top).
- Observed faucet at 3 compartment sink detached from back panel. Ensure faucet is reattached to panel so 3 compartment sink can be properly used.
