Service from our drive-thru was great, we did ask to add to our order the young man was definitely going to take care of us, unfortunately the manager told him that he couldn't, at that point I advised him we would be more than happy to wait on on the side. But the my wife and I heard her tell him that he couldn't take the order. We drove off and found that the order was incomplete, so we drove back. I asked to speak to the manager, the young lady told me that she was very busy, so I asked for the young man who took the order, so I could ask him for the Managers name he couldn't hear me so I raised my voice, just enough so he could hear me. The manager got outraged and told me not to yell at her employee, I advised her I was trying to get his attention, she started yelling at me, at that time I was not very happy and told her that I wasn't happy. She proceeded to tell me to never step into her restaurant ever again. FYI our grandkids attend IDEA Academy, which is just down the street, I told her we go there pretty often, again told me to never go or visit her restaurant ever again, so I guess you lost some customers.
