- A pot of refried beans was found sitting in the walk in cooler on a box of product. Food not intended for establishment use should be seperated from food use for the consumer. A shelf or area in the cooler may also be designated for employee use only.
- Some coolers containing potentially hazardous food throughout the establishment were found not to having a readily accessible thermometer. Provide a readily accessible thermometer in all coolers that contain potentially hazardous foods.

- 229.166 (i) (1) (A)HWS not accessible Do not place items on handsink, that prevent employees from accessing, during work day. Bucket tops were placed directly into handsink well, making it inaccessible to use.
