  • 229.166 (i) (5) (A)plumbing repairs by code; Front handwashing sink needs plumbing repairs; water should be draining to a sanitary sewer and not into a large catch bucket(front handwashing sink).
  • Make sure to provide paper towels for front handwashiing sink in front corner. 229.167 (e) (3) (A) no towels.
  • 229.168 (b) working container not labeled; Make sure to label all working chemical spray bottles with the common name of the chemical inside(observed sitting in sink).
  • 229.167 (f) (2)toilet tissue; Provide toilet paper for employee restroom.
  • Need to make sure that at least one employee is food manager certified and physically present during hours of operation; owner is food manager certified, but not present.
