229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Observed toxic spray bottle stored on shelf next to breads. All toxic items must be stored below and/or away from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
229.165 (k) (14) (A)chlorine solution. Observed mechanical dishwasher to not be dispensing the correct amount of sanitizer during its rinse cycle. This dish washer may not be used until it has been serviced and dispensing chlorine at a concentration between 50 ppm - 100 ppm. All dishes must be washed manually utilizing the wash, rinse, sanitized method for the mean time.
