- Observed employee not washing her hands inbetween tasks. An employees should wash their hands whenever one changes from one task to another such as immediately before engaging in food preparation, working with exposed foods, clean equipment and utensils and unwrapped single service and single use articles.
- Hand wash sink in bar area does not have paper towels. Ensure paper towels are accessible at all hand sinks.
- Food manager was not present. According to the city ordinance: Ch. 13, Art VI, section 13-112(a)(1) and (2) CFM. A food establishment shall employ at least one person assigned to each shift of twelve (12) or fewer hours who: (1) Meets the "person in charge" definition found in the Texas Food Establishment Rules; and (2) Has a valid and current food manager's certificate issued by the director.
- Observed utensils that are not smooth and easily cleanable in the kitchen area. Ensure that all utensils that are not easily cleanable and/or utensils that are not in good condition be discarded.
- Inspection report was observed behind the juke box. Ensure that the routine food safety inspection report is posted in customer view.

- Provide an airgap between the ice machine drain pipe and the floor drain equal to twice the diameter of the pipe.
