- 229.167 (p) (11) (C)insects/pests not minimized. Observed live small roaches in the dry storage room and also observed a roach in the kitchen area. Observed roach debris in the food staorage area as well. Minimize the presence of pest by throughly cleaning and using professional pest control.
- 229.165 (k) (14) (A)chlorine soltion. Clorine solution in 3 compartment sink was reading above 100 PPM. Chlorine solution should be between 50-100 PPM.
