Observed employee take food from cooler (handling cooler handle), place food on grill (handling spatula), grab bag of buns and with bare hands pull bun out and put in warmer, then with bare hand pull bun out, with bare hand put cheese, lettuce and tomato on bun, transfer meat to bun and put together and wrap never washing hands.
