- 229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared). Observed a few items in the salad reach-in cooler that were past their assigned "use-by" date. Ensure all PHFs are used, sold or discarded by their assigned expiration date.
- 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. Observed no hot water at three kitchen hand washing sinks. Hot water of at least 100 degrees F must be readily available at every hand washing facility.
- 229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Observed a few toxic spray bottles stored next to food items. Ensure all toxic items are stored below and/or away from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
- 229.168 (b) working container not labeled. Observed unlabeled toxic spray bottle in bar area. All working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials taken from bulk supplies must be clearly identified with the common name of the material.
- 229.165 (q)food contact not sanitized. Observed knife with food debris stored on magnet used to store clean knives. Ensure all utensils are clean to sight and touch before storing.
