  • 229.163 (h) (6) wash as needed. Wash the hands whenever one changes from one task to another such as immediately before engaging in food preparation, working with exposed foods, clean equipment and utensils and unwrapped single service and single use articles.

  • Observed leaking from outside of facet into hot and sour soup that was out for customers.

  • Observed pans of breaded chicken sitting out on shelves. Per owner chicken was cooling since 11am. Temperature of chicken was 73F degrees at time of inspection. Chicken was placed inside cooler since it was off temperature less than 3 hours at time of inspection. All potentially hazardous foods such as chicken must be cooled to 70F degrees within 2 hours to avoid bacterial growth. Then food items must be cooled to 41F degrees or less within an additional 4 hours.
  • Observed employee touching face, cooking, etc and no handwashing was observed after touching face or in between tasks. Ensure to hand wash frequently as needed to ensure no cross contamination
  • Observed a toothbrush and toothpaste sitting in on shelf with 'clean dishes' above 3 compartment sink. Personal grooming items such as toothbrushes can not be stored with kitchen ware and utensils to avoid contamination
  • Observed pans of food items such as cooked chicken and egg rolls sitting in walk in uncovered. All prepped and cooked food items stored in coolers/freezers must be covered to avoid contamination
  • Temperature of a large pot of cooked white rice was 125F degrees at time of inspection. All food items held hot must be at 135F degrees or greater to avoid bacterial growth
  • No certified food manager on duty at time of inspection. A certified food manager must be on duty during all hours of operation.
  • Observed prepped and cooked food items such as egg rolls inside walk in without discard date labels. label. If prepared food is to be stored for more than 24 hours, date labels should be present on food containers. Date label should state date the food will be discarded. There should be a time limit of 7 days from preparation day, with day of preparation counting as day 1.

Is and excellent place to enjoy with the family and friend, good enviroment to have a date too. I love the desserts and the people is very friendly. Sometimes the music is too loud, but the cool drinks and beer is excellent to enjoy the moment. I love the differents dishes and the diferent menu in the stock. I love the menu for kids too because we can choose for them too. The place is very clean and the waitress who I have the experience in my last visit was really funny with us. We enjoy to be part of the moment and the celebration with my family with respect. Thank you for your wonderful service and the delicious food that your serve
