Elizabeth City, NC: The Dome-saved from the old hospital building, moved from it's original location in the Riverside Area of Elizabeth City, N.C., to its current location at Waterfront Park in Elizabeth City, NC. The bricks under the dome were sold through a fundraising effort by Elizabeth City Downtown, Inc., and engraved with names to honor or memorialize loved ones.
