    Observed box of potato bites and taco biscuits on floor of freezer. Elevate.
    Containers of food shall be stored a minimum of six inches above the floor or on easily moveable dollies, racks or pallets to protect the food from splash and other contamination, and to permit easy cleaning of the storage area

    Non food contact surfaces in disrepair: the plastic curtain to the walk in cooler is torn and has been mended with clear tape, the cover to the self closer to the door in the men's restroom has fallen off closer, the caulk to the mop sink is black with mildew, Non food contact surfaces shall be in good repair.

    Non food contact surface cleaning: dust the POS screen and wires to the drive thru side of the line, please clean the drink station counter in between soda dispenser and wall in lobby area.

    Non food contact surfaces in need of cleaning: please clean the handle area to the walk in cooler, clean the self serve beverage station ice maker front cover, clean the area between the self serve beverage machine and the wall on the right side, clean the area of mop sink that has black mildew on it.
