Unable to provide quat test strips for sanitizer. Provide test strips to ensure sanitizer is at proper concentration.

The following food contact surfaces are soiled: interior microwave, interior cooler in dry storage, interior freezer in dry storage. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces as often as necessary to maintain clean.
- Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
1) Vents in restrooms are soiled 2) Ceiling tiles in men's restroom in disrepair and/or missing. Clean vents and replace missing/chipped/soiled tiles.

All frozen food was frozen during this inspection.
- In-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.
The handle for the ice scoop was found laying on the ice in the cooler. Between uses during service, dispensing and incidental utensils shall be stored: in the food with handle extended out of the food. The scoop has been relocated.
- Thermometers, gauges, test kits provided
A test kit for the quat sanitizer is not provided/has run out. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the parts per million concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be provided and used. Replace the test kit.
- Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
1) The vent covers in the True beer cooler behind the bar are soiled. 2) The ceiling tile in the men's restroom is torn. 3) A couple ceiling tiles in the women's restroom are stained and beginning to mold. 3) A ceiling tile in the hallway near the restrooms is missing. Maintain all ceilings so they are clean and in good repair. Replace these tiles.

Self closing feature missing on men's restroom door. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall have tight fitting, self-closing doors. Replace self closing feature.

Establishment has test strips for chlorine based sanitizer although utilizing a quat based sanitizer. A test kit or other device that accurately measures the parts per million concentration of the sanitizing solution shall be provided and used. Provide test strips for quat based sanitizer.

Soiled gaskets on upright beer coolers at bar and doors of two refrigerators in storage area. Clean and sanitize non food contact surfaces.

Lids open on outside dumpster. Keep lids closed when trash receptacle is not in use.

Back door open to outside. Keep door closed or provide appropriate self-closing screen door. Worker closed door. Corrected.

Unfinished walls and ceiling in storage area. Walls and ceilings of garbage or refuse storage rooms shall be constructed of easily cleanable, non-absorbent material. Exposed studs, joists, and rafters in rooms other than in the walk-in refrigerating units, food-preparation areas, equipment and utensil-washing areas, in toilet rooms and vestibules shall be finished to provide an easily cleanable surface.
