Plastic container of Chicago Hot Dogs labeled 5/20/2015 in Coca-Cola cooler. Once package is opened it must be dated to be consumed or expire within 7 days. Hot dogs discarded. Establishment stated that hot dogs were recently opened but the date wasn't changed. Ensure all food containers are thoroughly scraped of all stickers/residue, washed, rinsed, and sanitized before next use. Ensure all foods are discarded by the end of the 7th day (after preparation or after package is opened).

FSSM not present during inspection. Establishment owner has taken class and is awaiting test results. Provide FSSMC at next routine inspection.
