Owner asked about providing a break table in the dry goods storage room. As long as items in the dry goods room remain wrapped, there is no problem under the current code with employees eating and drinking from a table in that area. A handsink in the dish area was not added as per plans. The handsink was supposed to be next to the mop sink. There is a handsink on the opposite side of the pillar in the dish area. Please make sure employees are washing their hands properly. If handwashing violations occur in this area, an additional handsink will be required. All food from the pick up/delivery area is prepackaged. In the future, should food prep/ drink prep occur in this area, a handsink will be required.
