Found lime accumulation on the outside of the ice machine bin.
Please clean the shelf above the fryer.
Non food contact surfaces shall be clean.

Found excess of single use plastic containers and lids on dish area drying rack.
Re-use of single-service articles is prohibited.
- Floors properly constructed, clean, drained
Found floor behind three compartment sink in disrepair with exposed wooden surfaces.
Found lime accumulation on floor under ice machine.
Floors shall be clean and in good repair.

HACCP: Pest Protection
- Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils clean
The ice machine has build up on the door area and shield area. Food contact surfaces shall be clean.
- Non-food contact surfaces clean
Non food contact surface cleaning: found char build up on the range top, detail handles to cooling units, clean non food contact surfaces on the ice machine, clean the left side of the broiler. Non food contact surfaces shall be clean.
- Plumbing installed and maintained
Please delime the aerator to the men's restroom hand sink. The three compartment sink at the bar is stained and has lime accumulation.
Plumbing shall be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
- Critical: Presence of insects/rodents. Animals prohibited
Found excess of house and fruit flies in facility mainly around dish area and bar area. Please actively kill flies. Found the glue trap to the UV light full of flies. Remove full glue trap. Spoke to Chef about issue and corrective action is to use a combination of actively killing flies when no food production occuring and replacing used strips. Inspector is to recheck fliy issue at the end of the month. Recheck fee will apply.
- Floors properly constructed, clean, drained
Found exposed wood on the floor behind the bar area due to recent plumbing work. Floors shall be easily cleanable and in good repair.
- Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
The hood loovers have dust accumulation on them. The screen covers on the wall across fron the hood are in need of dusting. The wall behind the dish area is in need of cleaning. Walls shall be clean.
