Critical: Sanitizing concentration The bleach water sanitizer in the spray bottles tested at 0ppm. The concentration of this sanitizer shall be between 50-200ppm at all times. The sanitizer is being remade and now has the correct concentration.
Storage/handling of clean equipment, utensils The spoon for the rice was being stored outside of the rice between uses. The food-contact end of the spoon shall be stored in the food product between uses. The spoon has been replaced during the inspection and will be stored in the food product between uses.
Single service items properly stored, handled, dispensed Several single-service items are being stored with the food-contact surface up. Protect the food-contact surface between uses by inverting the items. The items have been turned over between uses.
