A Final inspection was conducted for a change of ownership at Coyote Creek Golf.  Change or ownership is effective as of 01/22/2016.

Frozen foods frozen.

Note: A stand located on the fairway use to be licensed and Potentially Hazardous Products were sold from this location.  Chef stated they do not use this location.  Should establishment want to use this location again licensing will be required in the form of a variance, temporary establishment licence (Only used for temporary events), or licensing location directly, which will require meeting code requirements.

New licence establishment information is was not available during this inspection.  Final inspection information will be updated and mailed to establishment reflecting new information.
  • Non-food contact surfaces designed, constructed, maintained, installed, located.
    Seals on true freezer and cooler were found to be damaged. Repair.
  • Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils clean
    Top of Alto Shaam and top of dish washer were found to be soiled.  Clean and sanitize on a routine basis to ensure proper food safety.
  • Non-food contact surfaces clean
    Handles on True cooler in kitchen were found to be soiled.  Clean and sanitize on a routine basis to ensure proper food safety.
  • Single service items properly stored, handled, dispensed
    Single service items stored in dry storage room with food contact surface upright.  Invert to ensure proper food safety.
  • Plumbing installed and maintained
    Hand sink sewer plumbing was found to have a small leak on u trap.  Repair to ensure proper disposal of sewer water.
  • Restrooms with self-closing doors, fixtures operate properly, facility clean, supplied with hand soap, disposable towels or hand drying devices, tissue
    Upstairs bar missing soap and paper towels. Provide to ensure proper hand washing is observed.
  • Floors properly constructed, clean, drained
    Floors in downstairs storage room holding walk in cooler and ice machine were sealed at one point, raw concrete is starting to become exposed.  Re-seal or Paint to ensure a smooth, durable, nonporous, easy to clean surface.
  • Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
    Downstairs walk in cooler fan covers were found to be soiled. Clean, maintain clean.
  • Lighting provided as required. Fixtures shielded
    Light shield damaged in hallway leading to dry storage room in kitchen.  No light shield in down stairs dry storage room and down stairs walk in cooler.  Repair/Replace.
  • Critical: Toxic items properly stored
    1)Canned Heat containers were found to be stored with single service products in dry storage room.  -Corrected by moving.
    2) Personal toxic items were found stored on shelf above staging area in kitchen.  -Corrected by moving.
    Poisonous or toxic materials necessary for the maintenance of the establishment shall not be stored above or intermingled with food, food equipment, utensils, or single-service articles.
