The following prepared potentially hazardous foods where missing lables in the front display cooler: 1) Cottage Cheese 2) Cut Mixed Fruit 3) Hard Boiled Eggs 4)Deli Sandwhiches. Label all prepared foods with ingredients. Foods shall be from sources that comply with all laws relating to food and food labeling. Foods that are pre-packaged in advance of retail sale shall bear the following information in English on its label: the common and/or usual name of the product
- Wiping cloths clean, used properly, stored
\Wet wiping cloth was taken out of sanitizing solution and placed on surface next to sink. Store wet wiping cloth in sanitizer solution in between uses. Moist cloths or sponges used for wiping food spills on kitchenware and food-contact surfaces shall be stored in a sanitizing solution between uses.
- Non-food contact surfaces clean
White cabinets in back storage/coffee are including doors and shelves were soiled. Clean as often as needed to maintain clean. Non-food contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned as often as is necessary to keep the equipment free of accumulation of dust, dirt, food particles, and other debris.
- Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
Wall area between back refrigeration unit and white cabinet has soil build up. Clean as often as necessary to maintain clean. Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment and decorative material shall be maintained clean.
