I am a truck driver and stopped for a quick bathroom break and a coffee to go. I went to the ladies bathroom to find a line outside the door and the bathroom was closed for cleaning. We waited outside the bathroom for over 10 mins. I went to the check out and ask if we could use another bathroom. The lady at the desk said that the bathroom should not be closed during cleaning. I went back to let the cleaning lady know this only to find her cleaning cart blocking the door. We told her that we had permission to come in while she cleaned. She shut the door and finally in a few minutes come out. She was very rude and not friendly at all. Was not at all in pressed by the staff. Would think twice to stop again.
