The employees were not customer oriented kids. The hired kids who works in this location have their friends staying too long and they obviously don't prioritize customers who are disabled or just walk in customers who are also waiting. Been back several times back and had to walked out again empty handed due to no help at all. No greetings! No acknowledgement! They were not greeting people coming in nor acknowledging anybody that comes in. The donut selections was not a lot and every single time my family goes there , the baskets were almost empty or one would be left only and didn't seem fresh anymore. Not a lot of donuts available to choose from. There were other kids hanging there, being there eating, yes but are obvious friends of the employees that works there. So they were helping them instead over and over letting customers wait and wait and worse not acknowledging us. I am so sad that this donut place is not getting better because of employees hired, not trained at all to properly handle customers coming in and out, who doesn't know how businesses work because last year when I first came here a few times when it first opened I believe ut was awesome because the American kid was very good. He greeted customers and was very helpful and acknowledged people coming in. But now, walking inside is not comfortable, and not pleasant. I hope this donut place learns the value of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. That is how you keep customers to come back. Prices are too high and drive thru should have pictures available for selections and there should be fresh donuts and lots of selection. Hopefully, it will get better. I used to love fresh donuts and latte. I hope it will come back.
