I ordered a Honey Almond milk latte from this restaurant. The girl at the drive-thru when giving me my order said: A Honey Oat milk latte. I said: I ordered Almond milk. She said let me check. She turned to her colleague who was preparing orders and asked what I requested and then she turned to me and said: He says, he made the Almond milk latte. I made a mistake. I thanked her, got the latte and drove away. I waited for th latte to cool down a bit; as soon as I sipped it, I realized it’s an oat milk rather than almond milk. I wore my glasses and checked the label and sure enough it was labeled as Oat milk. I didn’t have time to go back but I believe she shouldn’t have lied. If she said: I m sorry, we’ll make it again but it’s gonna take a few more minutes… of course I would have said: no problem and would leave ok. It’s not right to lie to a customer.
