It was a busy day in the ups store, I waited in line quite awhile. Finally as I was 2nd in line someone came out to help, grabbed my tablet that was being sent back for refund and shipping label, then sent me on my way. This later turned into a nightmare because it never left the office and no one knows what happened to it. No routing number in the system. My mistake was not getting a receipt. Make sure you get a receipt!!!!

Terrible service!!! No smile no nothing. So I forgot to put tape to close box. I got charged a freaking dollar more a little tape. Not that I care about the dollar but the principle of charging for stupid tape!!!
