After arriving home going thru drive thru we were missing a Mexican Pizza 3.39. When we called we seen how unprofessional they were. Starting with how they answered the phone and no structure of how they would make it right. Management needs to be trained and whoever answers the phones. Some kind of system needs to be in place. After leaving our name is soon became uncomfortable about the because now I fill retaliation.
Now we will sit at drive thru and go thru each bag to make sure they get it right. I suggest you do the same.
