too rushed, not enough people to handle the large crowd at costco.
They rarely answer the kioske phone.
They did have a better plan than the average T-mobile store due to costco membership.
Other than that, not worth going to.
staff was limited on info and originally hooked up a the wrong phone and we had to cancel the entire order and re-ring it up and start all over again. It took more than an hour to get the order completed and we had to walk back and forth to Costco customer service to get things corrected. The warranty on the cell phone is not extended like other Costco electronics.
