Payless locations in Brooklyn, NY

In store service is ok but I have ordered shoes online four times to be delivered to the store and they don't called to say the shoes had arrived. They are supposed to. The time before this, when my husband collected the shoes, they never included the packing slip/invoice so I could not get back my cash when the shoes did not fit. Had to get store credit. For this order, I called twice and they had not gotten to the store as yet. I asked the gentleman to PLEASE call me when they shoes came and he assured me he would. I didn't want to be a bother so I waited. It is now a week since the call so I decided to go online to check. I found out that the shoes had come four days ago and to this minute nobody has called me! I will shop at another store.
