I visited the drive trough of the Mcdonald's located on 901 N. Resler today. I paid for my order and was told by the employee to park in front of the car parked in the street. I noticed then that all the 10 plus waiting spots were taken by people waiting on their orders. I asked the employee how long before I get my order and he proceeded to raise his voice and tell "lady, just park where I tell you ". He closed the drive-through window and left in the middle of my sentence asking him to refund me the money for the order I had just paid for. I couldn't leave since there was a mess of cars in the parking lot by now. I was not able to move my car. I noticed then that several people were getting out of their vehicles asking about their food several people asked a girl who was just rude or worst than the older employee I encountered at the window. I left as soon as I could and left without my order. This is easily the 4th or 5th time I leave without my food after paying for it.
Management in this restaurant is the WORST, APPALING, RUDE. SHAME ON WHO EMPLOYED THESE PEOPLE AND PUT THEM IN CHARGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. FROM TOP TO BOTTOM EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE HERE IS THE WORST. No matter what time of day they are always out of food or out of employees to service the demand.
You have been named the worst McDonald's in town. How can you make people wait upwards of 35-45 minutes for chicken nuggets? Congratulations. Even my neighborhood app mentions your poor quality of service and food often. You never answer phone calls when calling requesting my refunds for the food I paid for.
