I have always been a person that understands that some jobs are just hard and can weigh in on your each day...working fast food is one of them. Also, when you are a manager you will see a high turn over at time when you are in this field....not every worker is going to be a STAR. Each time I have experienced rude customer service...I report it if its an extreme case. Today was extreme..the manager on the first shift was so rude and insulting...it was a black male and he spoke to me as if my money did not matter. I have heard him behave this way before when he was in a blue shirt as a crew member...not to mention he has said somethings to another customer that was surely a law suit. I have called the complaint line and all I get is the voice mail...after today I promise you I will continue to address this until I speak to someone...
