This location has plenty of employees with attitude. I don’t eat McDonald’s but maybe once or twice a year. So when I finally do go, I don’t know what I expect; but it’s definitely not to be treated rudely. The lady in the drive through fills up my orange juice cup and then pours some of it out??? When I asked her if she could put some of it back, she got an attitude, threw my cup back on the machine and then walked away saying, “I’m done, I’m done, I’m not doing this”. And then another employee comes up and I do was taken aback by the first ladies reaction I just simply told her what happened, asked her to just put the orange juice in another cup and give it to me so I could go, and she wants to stand there and argue with me about how the machine works. Ma’am I know what I just saw...I watched her pour my damn orange juice out of the cup. There is no need for you to stand here trying to justify her actions...your point is moot. The whole experience was just subpar. I just understand that’s I am pulling up to McDonald’s and not Morton’s Steakhouse, but shouldn't I be given the same respect at either place? I’m a human being and I’m spending my money which in turn pays your salary. I don’t think that think about that when they’re being my rude as hell to the customers. Don’t work in the hospitality industry if you’re not hospitable!
Seeing that I don’t indulge in McDonald’s often, there is no love lost here but I definitely won’t be back to this location with their nasty attitude having employees. Y’all can have it!!
